Internet safety is an important topic. There are many dangers out there in cyberspace  that I need to be aware of. I never want to provide identifying information to somebody online that would allow them to be able to find me. I should always ask my parents’ permission when creating social networking accounts. My goal is to stay safe online

A digital footprint is a trail of information that you leave behind on the internet. For example, this can include post, comments, text, and pictures among other things. Parents college admissions officers, and future employers can potentially see my digital footprint. To leave a good digital footprint I need to make sure I can post positive things because they will be out there forever. I care about my digital footprint and reputation.
